- Processing fees may apply for cancellations, modifications, or refund requests.
2. Cancellations by Traveler
- 30+ days before departure: Eligible for up to 80% refund (excluding non-refundable deposits).
- 15–29 days before departure: Eligible for up to 50% refund.
- 14 days or less before departure: Non-refundable.
- No-shows or unused services are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations by Gravity Horizon LLC
- If a tour or package is canceled by Gravity Horizon LLC due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, minimum group size not met, operational issues), you will receive either:
✔ A full refund, or
✔ An option to reschedule or receive travel credit for future use.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Visa and passport processing fees.
- Travel insurance premiums.
- Service charges, booking fees, and deposits marked as non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days to the original method of payment.
- International transactions may take longer depending on bank or card provider policies.
6. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
